Women's Training and Activities - Running / Workout

Ladies! Want to get in shape with a hardcore run through the hills of San Francisco, sands of Ocean Beach, or the trails of Marin Headlands?!! Join me for some great runs to get in shape, lose the weight, and of course, have fun!!!
The Workouts
Time: 1 hour
Difficulty: Depends on the terrain, workout module, collective group skill level
Days: Weekday Mornings/Evenings (in SF) or Weekend days (in SF, Marin, Sausalito, etc.)
Transportation: Carpool, public transit or BYOC
Who: Beginning levels recommended but all levels are welcome!
The Schedule
Friday, 3rd April at 6:30pm. Meet at the entrance of the Presidio Sports Basement.
Saturday, 4th April at 9am. Meet at Java Cafe (Judah/La Playa) at the end of the N-Line.
Wednesday, 8th April at 8:30pm. Meet at Kezar for a short 45 minute mixed jogging/stadium
Friday, 10th April at 6:30pm. Meeting place to be determined by you. Email me for suggestions!
