The Sea and Snow Club Terms and Conditions of Use

General Information: The Sea and Snow Club is a user-based forum. The forum currently operates on one identifier per user; an email address. A valid email address is required to obtain a login and a user name. The Sea and Snow Club administrator and moderators reserve the right to delete inappropriate images, videos, comments, forums, pages, polls, or profiles. The user has the right to report inappropriate content to the administrator or moderators.

Age: The current age to join the Sea and Snow Club is 16 years old. Any persons to be found under the age of 16 years old will be deleted from the Site, Club, and all other material related to the Sea and Snow Club.

Images, Videos, Blogs, or Forums:
All users of the Sea and Snow Club site are allowed to post content. If any content are deemed inappropriate, the Sea and Snow Club has the right to delete such content. Users have the right to report inappropriate content.

Privacy of User Information: The My Account Page of each user has user defined options for privacy. The Sea and Snow Club will not spam you nor sell your email to third parties. There is a subscription to the email listserve, where individuals can sign up for email blasts concerning major Sea and Snow Club events. The user has the right to unsubscribe from the email list serve. The user has the right to toggle the contact form in their profile as well as, toggle any profile information, images, or content as public or private.

Liabilities: The Sea and Snow Club provides a free forum for users to discuss, network, and plan events among each other. Any user-sponsored or presented planned activities, meetings, or events via any information channel within the Sea and Snow Club site such as through email, forum, blog or image posting are the sole responsibility and liabilities of the users themselves.

The Sea and Snow Club with or without affiliated Sponsors will be responsible for any activities, meetings, or events if it is indeed sponsored and approved by The Sea and Snow Club. These activities, meetings, or events, if sponsored by the Sea and Snow Club, will provide the appropriate forms and restrictions as deemed by City, County, State, or Federal regulations where the activities, meetings, or events, are being held.

The Sea and Snow Club has the right to revise these contents to protect the rights of the user and the Sea and Snow Club.
